1. Using the platform

By creating an account or using Ultra Project Library you agree to these terms. You must provide accurate information and keep your login details private. You are responsible for activity on your account.

2. User responsibilities

You must use the platform lawfully, must not attempt to bypass payment or access controls, must not share paid downloads publicly or resell them, and must not abuse, scrape or disrupt the service.

3. Uploads and copyright ownership

Contributors keep ownership of what they upload. By uploading you confirm you have the right and permission to upload and distribute the material and grant Ultra Project Library a non-exclusive licence to host, display and sell it on your behalf. See the Upload Guidelines and Copyright policy.

4. Prohibited uploads

Content you do not own or have permission to share, plagiarised or stolen work, malware or executable files, unlawful, hateful, defamatory or sexually explicit content, and anything that infringes another person's rights.

5. Content moderation

Submissions are reviewed before they are published. We may approve, reject, request corrections to, suspend or remove any content at any time.

6. Payments and refunds

Payments are processed by our payment partner and are governed by the Payment Policy and Refund Policy.

7. Account suspension

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms, attempt fraud or put other users at risk.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
