CHAPTER ONE
INTRODUCTION
1.1 BACKGROUND OF STUDY
A clone system refers to the assembling of computer components and collection of computer hardware, which is the collection of physical components that constitutes a computer system. The purpose of creating a clone system is to reduce the price of buying a new computer system and help in saving money.
Building the computer system will cover all the processes of purchasing, coupling, and the process of installing the OS (operating system) into the computer system. This includes installing drivers and installing applications and updates.
Clone systems can be created using various methods, such as disk cloning software, virtualization software, or backup and recovery software. Each method has its own advantage and disadvantages, and the choice of method depends on the specific requirements and goals of the user.
Building this project will help us in understanding the internal and hardware working of a computer, learning computer hardware terminology.
Overall, creating a clone system can be valuable for IT professionals and organizations to maintain system integrity, ensure business continuity, and improve efficiency and productivity.

1.2 STATEMENT OF PROBLEM.
While clone system can be a valuable tool for IT professionals and organizations, there are also some potential problems and challenges associated with them. Here are the most common issues:
1.Compatibility: One of the biggest challenges with creating a clone
system is ensuring that the hardware and software configuration are compatible between the originals and clone systems. If there are differences, it can lead to errors, compatibility issues, and potential data loss.
2. Configuration management: Another challenge is managing the configuration of both the original and clone system, which may not be reflected in the clone system, which can lead to inconsistencies and potential problems.
3.Data consistency: Ensuring data consistency between the original and clone systems can be difficult, particularly if there are frequent changes or updates to the original system. This can lead to discrepancies and potential data loss if the clone system is not updated regularly.

1.3 AIM AND OBJECTIVE OF THE PROJECT
The main objective is to build well-functioning computer that has the capacity to install and load the software perfectly amongst others with purpose of:
I.Installing 64bit based programming effortlessly for building plan.
II.Identifying PC segments and how they fit and work together.
III.Ability to customize a computer according to specialized specifications.
IV.Reduce the cost of buying new computer system.
